Can I book a tour and pay for it directly to the driver on the day?
Yes. You can pay either in euro or in local currency (lei) to the driver/guide. In this case, in order to book the tour, you should contact us (telephone or email).
Are pick-up and/or drop-off at the hotel included in the tour?
Yes, all our tours include pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or any other address in Bucharest.
Do you offer your tours in Spanish or other languages?
We can offer private tours in Spanish or other languages upon request, and pending on the availability of a guide who speaks the requested language. At this time we do not offer standard tours in languages other than English.
Do you have any regular tours for destinations outside Bucharest?
No, at this moment we do not offer regular tours for destinations outside Bucharest. We do offer just private tours outside Bucharest.
What is the difference between a regular and a private tour?
Regular tours are shared trips that run on a fixed schedule and the price is usually low. Private tours do not run on fixed schedule basis, they are organized on request, only for you or your group, you will not share the car or the minibus with other travelers and the price is usually a little higher.
How do I know if my tour is booked?
We will confirm all the bookings by email. If you didn't get your tour confirmation on email please check your spam, bulk or junk folders. If you still don't have it please call us.
What do you do with my personal information?
We take issues of privacy and security very seriously. We only require the information that is strictly necessary to make your booking. We protect any personal details submitted to us and do not pass these on to any third parties.
How can I cancel my booking?
If you want to cancel your booking please contact us by email of telephone. You will be asked to provide some details from your confirmation email before canceling the service. Please notice that canceling your booking will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment if you do it with more than 3 working days before the departure and 100% of your total payment if you do it with less than 3 days before the departure.
How much will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
Once you have made a booking and received a confirmation from us, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment you have made. If you cancel your booking with less than 3 working days before the departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount paid.
Are the entrance fees (at the museums/castles, etc) included in the tour price?
No. The entrance fees are not included in the tour price. You will have to pay them on the spot.
If I book a tour online, will you email us a confirmation or do you send it by (post) mail?
If you book online, you will automatically get an email confirmation. There are no tickets to be mailed to your address.
What is the maximum number of people for a shared tour?
We never take more than 16 people on a shared tour because we want to keep the group small and offer a personalized service to all our clients.
